PAC stands for Professional Artist Cosmetics. The brand aims at bringing everything that makeup lovers & professional makeup artists require in their artistic endeavours right from well-crafted makeup brushes to highest quality colour cosmetics.
Where is the brand originally from?
Professional Artist Cosmetics (PAC) is a brand from India. The brand’s official journey began in the year 2006 and has continued ever since.
Does PAC test on animals?
All our Products are 100% cruelty-free and not tested on animals.
What type of ingredients are used in PAC products?
We use the safest ingredients to curate our products. In order to know the entire ingredient list of individual products please click on the respective product on our site. Please be aware that ingredient lists may change or vary from time to time. Please refer to the ingredient list on the product package you receive for the most up to date list of ingredients.

How do I use PAC Products?
Once you have shortlisted a product, please click on the how to use button on the product page & you will find a small write up with instructions. If it is still not helpful, please drop us a mail at help@paccosmetics.com and we shall get back to you at the earliest.

If you are experiencing any difficulty accessing the website, you may consider refreshing your browser. Also, make sure your internet connection is working properly. If it is not, please contact your internet provider. If internet connection is working properly but you are still having problems, you may need to clean out your temporary internet files, cookies or cache.
What is the estimate time of the delivery?
All orders placed are processed, dispatched and delivered from Monday – Saturday, excluding national holidays and shall arrive within 3 to 7 working days. Be aware that orders may experience longer processing and delivery times during holidays.
Are there any shipping charges applicable?
Yes, minimal shipping charges of Rs. 50 is applicable on all orders below Rs. 999/-.
Do you ship outside India?
Currently, we do not ship our products outside India. We are constantly working to begin the facility soon to get you your favourite PAC products.
How do I know that my order is confirmed?
Once your order is confirmed, you will receive an email confirming your order details. You will also be notified on your registered email with the respective tracking details when we dispatch the item(s) from our warehouse.
How can I update my address/contact number for my ongoing order?
You can call us on +91 88795 01516 within 12 to 24 hours of placing the order.
Can I edit my order after confirmation?
Once the order is placed, you cannot make any changes in the products.
What does ‘Out of Stock’ mean?
Out of stock means that the product is not available at the moment. You can provide us your email on the out of stock product page and we shall intimate you as soon as the same is back in stock.

How do I cancel an order?
- If the order or the item(s) that you want to cancel have not been shipped yet, you can cancel the order directly through your “My order” section.
- If you wish to cancel an order that has been shipped but has not yet been delivered, kindly do not accept the delivery of the order. Once we receive the product(s) back and verify its packaging/condition, we will refund your money within 7 – 10 business days. Shipping charges will be deducted while making the refund.
Will shipping charges be refunded if I cancel?
Only if the order has not gone out from warehouse and if you order is cancelled, then the shipping charges will be refunded.
If the shipment has left our warehouse and is out to your delivery hub, then shipping charges will NOT be refunded.
When will I get my Refund?
You will get the refund within 7 – 10 business days.
What if I used coupon codes or gift card or reward points for payment and I have to cancel my order?
Coupon codes are intended for one-time use only and shall be treated as used even if you cancel the order.
Can I return part of my order?
In case you want to return a part of your delivery, please write to us at help@paccosmetics.com
- For payments done through credit/debit cards or net banking, the refund will be processed to the same account from which the payment was made within 7-10 working days of us receiving the products back. It may take 2-3 additional business days for the amount to reflect in your account.
- For cash on delivery transactions, we will initiate a bank transfer against the refund amount against the billing details shared by you. This process will be completed within 7-10 working days of us receiving the products back and your bank details on email. It will take an additional 2-3 business days for the amount to reflect in your account.
How do I check the current status of my order?
You can view the status of your orders and other related tracking information by visiting the “My Orders” section after you login to the account through which you have placed the order.
Once the order is shipped, you can see a button “Track” which will give you more detailed information about your order status.
If your order has been shipped and you are still not able to know the order status through tracking link, wait for 12 hours. In some rare cases, courier partners may take upto 12 hours to activate the tracking link.
Are there any cancellation charges?
No cancellation charges will be levied in case if you cancel your order. However, shipping charges will NOT be refunded if the shipment has left our warehouse and is out to your delivery hub.
In case if the order has not gone out from our warehouse and if your order is cancelled, then the shipping charges will be refunded.
Why is my order not showing?
You can view and track all your orders from the ‘My Order’ option in the menu. In case if the same is not visible in the ‘My Order’ section then you can call us on +91 88795 01516 or drop an email to help@paccosmetics.com.
What do I do in cases of failed delivery?
Our shipments go through quality check processes before they leave our warehouse. However, in the rare case that your product is damaged during shipment or transit, you can request for a replacement or cancellation and refund within 2 days of receiving the order. You can write to us on help@paccosmetics.com. Replacement and/or reverse pick up will be applicable only once.
When will I get my return refund?
After we receive the shipments you will get the amount in your bank account within 7 to 10 working days. You will have to mention the account number in the refund email that you write to help@paccosmetics.com
How do I join PAC Reward?
You will have to create an account with us. It’s Freee! You earn points for every purchase you make. Earn 10 points for every Rs. 100 spent. There are many ways to earn PAC rewards.
Does it cost to join the PAC reward program?
Absolutely not. Our rewards program is totally free and you can start earning points immediately
Is there a limit to how many points I can earn?
There is no limit! Earn as many points as you can through purchases or other earning opportunities.
When will the reward points reflect in my account if I have purchased PAC products online?
Once the shipment is delivered to you and the payment for the same has been received by us, your reward points would be credited to your account.
Do my points ever expire?
Your PAC Reward points will expire after 3 months of inactivity.
How do I know how many points I have?
You can check your points balance by clicking on your account > points
How do I spend my points?
You can spend your points by logging into your customer account and shopping. Under the checkout section, you can click apply the coupon to the reward that you want to claim.
Can I transfer my points to another member?
Sorry, you cannot transfer (or sell) points or redeemed rewards to anyone else in the program. Any accounts suspected of this will lead to forfeiture of acquired points and possible suspension or termination of your account.
Can I partially redeem the reward points?
Yes, you can partially redeem. In certain cases, reward points will not be applicable in combination with other offers.
How can change the number of points that I want to redeem?
You will have to first remove the points which you have selected and then add the new value of the points that you want to redeem. Kindly note: The value of redemption cannot be changed after the order is placed.
What is the value of 1 reward point?
100 points = Rs. 10
Is there an option to add reward points after placing the order?
No, reward points have to be claimed before placing the order. No points can be added or deducted after the order is placed.
If the order is delivered and returned to the company, will the rewards be credited back to my account?
If the shipment is delivered and then returned to the company for any reason, then the reward points for those products will also be deducted from your account.
How do I register my account?
Go to www.paccosmetics.com,Click on Register link from the top, enter your email address and click on Register. An email would be sent to your registered address with the password for your account.
Is my personal information secure?
Yes, we use latest security and encryption techniques to ensure the security of your personal information. We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties for their marketing purposes. We view protection of users’ privacy as a very important community principle. We understand clearly that you and your information are one of our most important assets.
I forgot my User ID or password.
To request a new password, Go to Forgot password under login section on www.paccosmetics.com enter your and e-mail address and select Submit. You will then receive an e-mail message with a link to reset your password.
My payment is deducted but I didn’t receive the order confirmation.
This can be due to internet connectivity or tech issue. Please call us on +91 88795 01516 or drop an email to help@paccosmetics.com and we would surely assist you with your payment status.
