To return your product, you should mail your product to:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

Orders are typically processed for dispatch within a timeframe of 1 to 4 business days, excluding Sundays and public holidays. However, during Sale Events, dispatch timelines may experience slight delays due to elevated order volumes. Our commitment is to dispatch all orders within 3 days from the date of purchase during such events.

In terms of shipping duration, the minimum guaranteed transit time is 1 day, while the maximum allowable transit time extends to 7 days.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation is only possible if the shipment has not been dispatched from our warehouse. Once, the shipment has been dispatched, no cancellation of the order/s can be done.
