You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

Orders are typically processed for dispatch within a timeframe of 1 to 4 business days, excluding Sundays and public holidays. However, during Sale Events, dispatch timelines may experience slight delays due to elevated order volumes. Our commitment is to dispatch all orders within 3 days from the date of purchase during such events.

In terms of shipping duration, the minimum guaranteed transit time is 1 day, while the maximum allowable transit time extends to 7 days.

CANCELLATION POLICY

You can cancel your order before it is shipped. However, the shipping charges will not be refunded in case you wish to cancel an order after it's dispatched or refuse at the time of delivery. The original product cost will be credited back to your account.
