Terms & Conditions

  • Brush Series & Kits that fall under the PAC 1 Year Brush Warranty are Pro-Xclusive 32 Pcs Brush Series, Absolute Basics Brush Series, Synthetic Series (13 Brushes), Everyday Glam Brush Kit, and Beginner Basic Face & Eye Brush Kit.
  • The 1 Year Warranty is only applicable for makeup brushes and not accessories like pouches, cases, or micro-fiber towels. 
  • An individual/every brush in a brush set can be replaced only once within the 1-year warranty. The replacement would not be covered within the 1-year warranty.
  • The replaced brush need not necessarily be the same variant brush from the same brush set but can even be a replacement originally belonging to another brush set.
  • Keep in mind that stock available on our website or at retailers may differ from the stock available for replacements.
  • The final decision for approving and re-reviewing any warranty claim solely lies with the PAC Cosmetics CRM Team, with all decisions made on a case-to-case basis.
  • ⁠The inclusions, exclusions, and terms and conditions of this warranty are subject to change and updates at the discretion of the PAC Cosmetics CRM team.

HOW TO APPLY

Step-by-Step Process:

Eligibility Check:

  • Visit our warranty coverage inclusions to see if your brush qualifies for coverage under our warranty policy.

Form Submission:

  • If eligible, fill out the warranty claim form on our website.

Notification:

  • You will receive a notification via WhatsApp and email confirming and reviewing your request.

CRM Team Review:

  • Our CRM team will inspect and analyze your request to determine approval.

Logistics:

Shipping to PAC:

  • If required, you will be asked to ship the brush to our PAC warehouse for further verification. Shipping costs will be borne by the customer without reimbursement.

Shipping to Customer:

  • The request will be manually created by our web/CRM team, and the MRP and shipping charges will be adjusted as necessary.

Mode of Delivery:

  • Standard delivery, typically within 5 to 7 working days.

Upon Approval:

Claim Assessment:

  • Our team will review your claim and verify eligibility.

Claim Approval:

  • If approved, you will be notified via email or phone. Return instructions and any required shipping labels will be provided.

Product Return and Inspection:

  • Send the defective brush following the provided instructions.
  • Our Quality Control (QC) team will inspect the returned product.

Replacement or Refund:

  • If the defect is confirmed, a replacement product will be shipped to you. You will receive shipment details and tracking information.

Claim Closure:

  • After processing the replacement, you will receive a follow-up email/WhatsApp from the official ID confirming closure and requesting feedback.

If Rejected:

Documentation:

  • Detailed information on the rejected claim will be logged in our CRM system.

Customer Follow-Up:

  • We will offer you the opportunity to discuss the rejection further.

Escalation:

  • If dissatisfied, your case can be escalated to a supervisor or manager.

Feedback and Improvement:

  • We will collect and analyze your feedback to improve our claims handling process.

Brush Care Instructions

Following these steps helps ensure that your makeup brushes stay clean, maintain their quality, and have an extended lifespan. Here's a breakdown of each step

Wet the bristles

Know More
  • Use warm water to wet the makeup brush bristles.
  • Avoid wetting the ferrule (metal part) and handle excessively to prevent damage and loosening the brush fibers and ferrule over time.

Wash with PAC Solid Brush Cleaner/ PAC Total Clean Brush Scrubber

Know More
  • Use the cleansing soap of the Solid Brush Cleaner to swirl the brush and deep clean it.
  • Use the texture of the Total Clean Brush Scrubber (such as the brush cleaning pad) to swirl the brush and deep clean it.

Rinse under running water

Know More
  • Hold the brush downward to prevent water from entering the ferrule.
  • Place the brush under running water and rinse.
  • Repeat 2-3 times until the water runs clear.

Squeeze excess water

  • Gently squeeze the brush bristles to remove excess water
  • Use a microfiber or paper towel to blot and absorb additional moisture.

Dry it on a flat surface

  • Place the brushes horizontally to dry on a flat surface.
  • This helps maintain the brush shape and prevents water from seeping into the ferrule.
  • Allow the brushes to air dry completely before reusing them.

Note: Regular cleaning also helps prevent the buildup of bacteria and makeup residue on the brushes, promoting healthier skin and more effective makeup application.
